if catalog creating with media newly then after it saved is delaying(>10sec) everytime(causing same in edit if media is updated)
if in edit images are removed and replaced then for that product image visibility is disabled(or broken ui) in catalog listing(happening when uploaded images are lesser than newly adding images)
